I've lived in Atlanta for four years and in that time, I have gone to the World of Coca Cola at least six times! I know, I know--it sounds like just a cavernous building housing "old-timey" Coca Cola remnants of yesteryear--NOPE! It's actually this grand display of over 13 rooms all dedicated to the past, present, and future of Coca Cola! Self-branding with Eugenia Says, and studying for my Marketing degree, I'm always intrigued by a similar, major tactic of successful fire brands; they always try to sell you a "feeling" and they always do! For Coca Cola that feeling is happiness! So when the creative minds at TripAdvisor asked me to document my weekend getaway with bae via their new video app BeeRoll, I couldn't wait to come over to the blog and give you all the run down! If you haven't used the TripAdvisor app to download your tickets you are missing out! The app makes it super easy to select, read reviews, adjust your excursion, and purchase your admission. We didn't even have to wait in the long ticketing line at the venue since we printed out tickets from home. Score!
The World of Coca Cola is centered around the strangely mysterious, more than 125-year-old secret formula patented by pharmacist John Pemberton in 1886. You would have thought we were 12 year olds the way we ran through the place! Although I have seen the exhibits a million times over, it was like being there for the first time going with my honey! :)
My absolute favorite part of the whole trip was at the end when we went into this huge room filled with Coca Cola branded beverages around the world! The flavors varied from sweet papaya fizzy drinks to tart, bitter, carbonated travesties! Have you been to the World of Coca Cola? What is your favorite thing to do when you go?!
